HOW WE LEARN
As we travel to and from job sites, we fill many hours with music or small talk. While small talk brings our team closer together and leads to greater philosophical conversations, we also like to invest our time in learning. We often listen to books on tape during car rides to help keep our minds sharp. It also gives us the opportunity to learn more about our industry and other topics we find interesting. You may see us with earbuds while we grind because even then we are listening to books or podcasts! We believe time is too valuable to be filled with empty noise.
FORMAL EDUCATION
Our company is proud to be certified by many organizations. We have trained and learned so much through different certification programs which allow us to better serve our customers and expand our expertise. The American Society of Concrete Contractors offers certifications for both craftsman and master craftsman. Whenever possible, we are looking for opportunities to become certified installers and experts in our field. Our Field Supervisor, Justin, currently holds his Craftsman Certification.
