A passionate entrepreneur and driven leader, Jessica Ledger-Kalen is not afraid of taking on challenges. From a young age, Jessica has had a strong work ethic and curiosity beyond her years. From raising produce to opening her own bookstore, all before the age of 18, Jessica has continued to succeed, finding and creating opportunities for herself and others.

In her current role as Founder, President and visionary of Royale Concrete located in Fairfield, Iowa, Jessica leads a small, customer-oriented team that delivers high-quality concrete flooring solutions and exceptional customer service to commercial and governmental entities. Jessica currently holds the positions of Technical Committee Chair and is on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) Concrete Polishing Council. Jessica is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Entrepreneur Organization and is President. She recently graduated from Goldman Sachs 10k, a program providing entrepreneurs with access to education, and is also a member of the Southeast Iowa Builders Association.

Her enduring entrepreneurial passion and servant leadership style has led her to hold many board and council positions, including participation in Leadership Iowa, Association of Business and Industry (ABI) and as Council Woman for the City of Fairfield. She is an avid reader, culinary enthusiast and enjoys the fine arts and spending time with her close friends and family. Jessica counts the completion of her Executive MBA from the University of Iowa in 2016 and receiving the Emerging Leaders Award from the American Society of Concrete Contractors (2018) among her most recent achievements.

For years, Jessica has mentored entrepreneurs through the Entrepreneur Organization’s fellowship program, and has a passion for coaching others thanks to the mentorship she has received throughout the years. She feels that in her success, now is her opportunity to give back and share wisdom, failures, best practices and inspiration with other aspiring entrepreneurs.
