If you notice a spring in our step, it’s because we recently had the privilege of celebrating the accolade of our president and founder, Jessica Ledger-Kalen. She was awarded an honor that not many in our industry received and is without a doubt, very deserving of this honor.

In September of 2018, our team attended the American Society of Concrete Contractors annual conference in Charlotte. We were thrilled to see our fearless leader, Jessica, awarded with the Gaining Strength award. This award identifies individuals who go above and beyond to represent and promote the concrete industry professionally. It’s an honor to receive this award as it acknowledges her effort to set herself apart by being involved in local and national industry settings.
The many nomination letters received on Jessica’s behalf were humbling, to say the least. Here are a few tidbits pulled from the letter’s to show just a glimpse of how honorable and professional our president is.
