Our History

Royale Concrete started in 2006 as a small residential contractor focusing on concrete pouring and finishing. Today, we’re an innovative company that specializes in concrete polishing and repair, surface preparation, and a long list of other services for commercial, manufacturing, government, and residential customers. While that may seem like a sizable change in just a few years, it’s based on our founder Jessica Ledger-Kalen’s passion for delivering great customer experiences. Our attention to detail makes Royale Concrete the right fit for the polishing industry. We’ve expanded our services by listening to customers and offering the right concrete solutions for them. Founder Message

President/Owner Jessica Ledger-Kalen

I founded Royale Concrete in 2006 to perform primarily residential concrete placement projects. A year later, we started to get involved with city projects and our work took off in both the commercial and government markets. In 2010 I started researching concrete polishing as an option to utilize the Royale team’s talents and attention to detail. Concrete polishing fit the bill and we began offering polishing and surface preparation services. By 2012, we were ready to hang up pouring concrete and devoted all of our time and attention to concrete refinement and surface solutions. Since then, we have continued to utilize our collective team expertise and deliver solutions to customer flooring issues. We are always grateful for the trust our customers place in us while we take on their concrete flooring issues and help find the best solution for their budget and goal.

We know every project is unique with its own challenges and expectations. To stay ahead of these challenges and provide the best quality, best service, best experience in the market, I have made a commitment to continuing education for myself and my team. We strive to keep pace with emerging technologies and help drive innovation through the work we do within the concrete surfaces industry. I feel responsible to deliver only the best and the latest to our customers.

Our process

Customer first.
It all starts with a conversation.

First we want to determine if Royale can help you, then it is time to dig deeper. We make it a practice to see the work first, and never make a bid over the phone.

Asking the right questions.

We ask the right questions to learn about your goals for the finish, maintenance, and use of the completed floor. We also ask about budget so we can recommend the best solution(s).

Exploring Expectations.

We want to ensure we can meet your expectations, and that you will be satisfied with the end result for years to come.

Finding the Solution.

Each floor is unique, which is why our team works to customize a solution for your project. Our goal is to complete a site review if at all possible. However, sometimes a site isn’t built yet, so we simply review plans.

The Royale Team.

We prepare a proposal based on the information gained from our visit/conversation/provided specifications.

What is a Proposal?

Each proposal lists the price with varying options for you to choose from. This price will not change unless you want to adjust an option, etc. We don’t like surprises and we don’t expect you to either.

Working Together
Commit and Schedule.

Once you sign the proposal, we are ready to schedule the project.

Constant Communication.

We have a devoted project manager that will maintain your project, and communicate with everyone involved throughout the entire process. Good communication is key to the success of your project.

Coordination and Preparation.

Our team is working hard to prepare and coordinate all of the details regarding your project. Once it is time for our field staff to begin, we always follow through and arrive on time; this is our guarantee.
